Community Benefit Fund

Last year SCEES launched it's community benefit fund. We're delighted to announce the winners of last year's fund.

SCEES supported 5 fantastic projects at Cadle, Gendros, Townhill, Dylan Thomas and Gors.

Most of these were related to funding equipment, tools and seeds to help expanding school food growing initiatives with two schools also linking this to selling produce both at school and giving surplus to parents and the local community centre. Other initiatives included a sustainable transport system whereby parents and children can hire scooters to replace car journeys to and from school.
